Hunting Ranch Manager
My client, who owns a multi billion private company is looking for a special person, one that would manage the Houses and other quarters on his private Hunting Ranch. One house is 10,000 sq ft and the other is 3,500. Cleanliness is the key, and the ability to plan for events as they are scheduled.
I am looking for someone that has been at manager or higher in the Hospitality Industry, preferably high-end.
I need a Hotel/resort manager to work on a multi-thousand acre ranch in Central Texas, this is a hunting ranch with a main house, a guest house and possibly a couple of lodges.
You would be living on the ranch
This is a very high-end customer, multi-millionaire who is looking for someone to manage the two primary houses, one 10,000 sq ft and the other 3,500, and buildings, quarters and such. All are just over 1 yr old
Must be meticulous about cleanliness, and will manage a staff of 3-5
No animals to take care of
Responsible for planning and organizing events.
Guests will mostly be family and friends, but will occasionally be corporate associates.
Salary very good
Live on ranch
Frequent interaction with vendors
Must be bilingual Spanish
Effectively motivate and coach staff
