Marketing
Developed, maintained, and implemented marketing strategy, and plans for Navy recruiting in San Diego, Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado.  Supervised, and managed the Direct Mail marketing program, mailing 100,000 pieces of mail a month.  Initiated, and managed the Navy’s first email marketing program, as well as assisting in the Navy’s development of a major presence on the World Wide Web. 
Key Accomplishments

Placed rare "Auto Extended Warranty Actuary" in a Chief Actuary position for a five billion Auto Distributor, when retained firm was not able to provide, and lose a qualified candidate.  Pioneer of internet recruiting for the US Navy.  Set new standards for lead production/Market share as Marketing/Advertising Dir. by using internet and direct recruiting methods.

Responsible for a $300,000 a year budget and 36% of recruiting goal.  Solely responsible for the acquisition of  newspaper, and Internet advertising in upwards of $10K a month.  This included sourcing, negotiating, and assisting in the contracting process.  Use Direct Mail, Newspaper, and Internet advertising to produce qualified and interested leads for field recruiters.  Manage company's name-list database.  Department Head, and in charge of the Public Affairs Officer including all events.  I have many years of list manipulation, sorting, and input. Selects mailing lists of constituents who would benefit from receiving the direct mail piece (DMP)  I have Audited lists, coordinates with other groups (internal or external) who may be participating in list selection. I have Comprehensively documented the criteria and logic used to isolate each market in mailings, assuring timely uploads of historical mailing files either by monitoring the work of others or by uploading the files directly.
